Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• Shipping rates & delivery: We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.
• Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NombreGarments is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Lost or damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at nombreincorparatus@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
